Tuesday Tips: Seth Godin on Blog Fatigue
29 Jun
“Do you ever get tired of blogging?”
Seth Godin answers, “No. All blogging is to me, is to write down what I’m noticing.”
So what do you notice? Can you turn an observation into a blog post? Sure you can!
What did you notice recently that seemed remarkable? Take a moment to write about it and see what you discover.
If you found something remarkable, it’s likely that someone else will too. As a poet, writer and blogger, once I start writing an idea down, often I’m surprised and pleased where it takes me–and that there’s an audience for that idea. One idea leads to the next and that can take you to your next big idea. Also, it is important to blog regularly in order to achieve enough authority from the search engines so your content can be found.
Curious where the Seth Godin quote came from? I’m a big fan of Seth Godin’s blog and his books, so when I saw this tweet

I followed the link to Rachel Levy’s blog where she posted her notes from Seth Godin’s recent visit to Boston to promote his new book Linchpin: Are You Indispensable?.
I haven’t bought the book yet, but I’m looking forward to getting it, reading it, and writing about it here!
